  1. Dare I say 2 - 0 is a dangerous score line
  2. Move ricketts into the middle and stick the ever reliable butterfield in his place
  3. Was on the embankment also, got the painting hanging up in my bedroom (much to the dislike of the wife). Was stood very close to where he was painting it so had to have it reminds me of that night every morning
  4. Neil McDonald's Paulo Ferreira Roche
  5. Would the palace / bolton team without dougie been anywhere near the play offs
  6. Or even better the play off semi please
  7. Play off place could be secured by this time next week. Never thought we would be saying that in January

Nice bloke loves the club but deluded in his own thoughts. Sure he will have some successful times in the future but can't see his way of management will see him keep a job anywhere for more than a few seasons
  9. Last I heard he was linked with a move to Iceland but he was far from co-operative when it came to money and now wants a move to the pound land.
  10. Forrest losing is the big plus point if we can stay ahead of them the chances are we will find ourselves in the top six. Keep the faith, far from finished yet
  11. Can almost smell the play offs, hope its not setting us up for heart break
  12. God knows who is going to get in the play offs part of me says we can't do it but the other part tells me with all the teams around us dropping points we may just find ourselves there come may
  13. Mentality appears to be changing from what we have seen from the turn of the year. They now look like they understand if they want to go back up they need to work there socks off to achieve it
  14. If we win and brighton lose its in our own hands because we play Leicester. Will probably be plenty of twist and turns yet but will certainly gives a lift knowing that.
  15. Got to be the play off final v reading from the moment branagan saved the pen we all felt like we were going to do it. Kids in my school used to all support the clubs in the prem and mock me for picking a team out side of the new exciting premier league. That summer I just remember being so excited about seeing my team in the sticker books, in computer games and playing matches live on sky. I recorded the granada coveridge of that match and I watched that tape hundreds of times just to relive the excitement of that day
  16. football has changed, gone are the days that you go out and get world class freebies and loans. we had a fantastic time with big sam and he did the best he could in that culture but a decade has passed and now its about investing in youth and making money on player development, f we go up we have to get the ballance rite. if freedman is the right man to do that only time will tell. do i think we will go up? yes im starting to belive we just mite will it be a good thing for us? yes playing in the premiership is the only place to be for the money side of things. if your a fan who just wants a decent day out then championship aint a bad place to be but unfortunatly money is more important to the club
  17. Great night for us this
  18. Just seen the FLS and they used that clip!!!!!
  19. Delivered great balls into the box when he had the opportunity but that's all he wanted to do. Never tracked back and offered little movement, glad we have seen the back of him
  20. Wheater v Blackburn last season was one and I'm sure Cahill got a brace at some point but can not think of when
  21. It's the hope that kills use all so for that reason I'm not going to get existed untill we are there
  22. he is young goalkeeper with good potential but prone to the odd nightmare but there aint many around that dont have the odd nightmare game here and there. great goalkeepers have great defenders in front of them!
  23. At least there's some new days out in league 1
  24. Was top class for us shame it ended like it did but he did give us some amazing memories. If Craig Davies can suply half as many top performances we will be well chuffed. Cardiff, Leicester and DMB matches were my top three domestic games of all time for me and in all of them he played a big fat role in them
