  3. What's wrong is that he is an awful person and feels he has to publicise this. And he ain't the best either is he? Come on... He's bloody rubbish
  4. http://www.nwcfl.com/news-articles.php?id=4836 Nice article on Abbey Hey and about a couple of my Academy boys who are having their first taste of men's football there.

Two years ago PG and co would have banned the BN from the Stadium for negative publicity and as BN rely on sales due to the importance of BWFC the paper still promoted the club. Safe publicity.
  6. Away end v stockport several times in mid 90s when Bolton were on Granada loads of Sunday's. Me and Marple made a habit of getting on Granada goals extra with Orient, Sheffield Utd, Port Vale and a few others. Was with Jules for the Stoke v Man City relegation scrap.
  7. Perry Dick weed always has made me chuckle and those Brighton shorts remind me of the Rocky films.
  8. How much contact is not enough contact??? Just got the Chelsea game on and cunt thorpe should have had a pen. The commentator said not 'enough' contact. There was fucking contact you twat!!!!
  9. Yeh I meant play them at home so ok... Away would be useful too Home OR Away cash then. Hope that clears up my view Zico.

  11. Another win for Abbey. Seem to be doing alright on a tiny budget
  12. Yes Ani I'm fully aware that's what it should have looked like but the personnel were rarely as organised as that pal.
  13. We played 2-3-1-3-----1 based on the second half. And 3-2-1-3------1 when vela got shifted out right. Sorry to be picky against more recognised formation but regardless of what it was meant to look like this is how it looked.
  14. As easy as it was to mark Our attacking players out the game, if we pressed together with something like a structured game plan they weren't good enough not to make mistakes. Nothing short of fucking laziness and lack of application to work in a shape from too many. Unless they don't agree with the shape and are hanging Lennon out to dry? Perhaps both.
  15. For me David Wheater is the example of what Jules is describing above.
  16. Huddersfield figured Bolton out after 20minutes yet we couldn't get to grips with their game plan. Obsessed with playing out from the back (no surprise as their coaching staff are from academy background) we only pressed in ones and twos (when we could be arsed) Big gaps allowed Town to play through us centrally with Pratley and Davies neither arsed to press or remain compact with Vela (who worked hard through out). The substitution was incredibly odd removing Josh from midfield. Our attacking had three parts. Amos- centre back - Madine. Lump! Pathetic!!!
  17. Drove passed the hotel the next morning with Smoke coming from it. Incredible there were no deaths. Whilst at separate locations Elvis and I were about 5-6 miles away. We did have a lovely evening on Wedbesday with tother halfs which was lovely!
  18. Any dark chocolate. Apart from that, prefer cheese and biscuits as opposed to anything sweet.
  19. A week in Dubai for this lad!
  20. I was in the 'stand' at Blackpool away Christmas 85. Below us were lads. To this day I don't know if they were Bolton or Blackpool. Rough as though.
  21. Merry Christmas from the Cheshire set. Happy Birthday Jesus.

Yeh £200 each for my nephews. Must be mad! Anyhow... Back to thinking about BCG bath time.

BCG, you should know better than to post comments like that on WW. Good Luck! ????
  24. Well organised, manager lectures in sports coaching and analysis so has a good methodology. His structure is currently 3-5-2 but as not yet is happy with personnel to fit it. Four of our Academy currently play in the team. The pitch has been excellent and allows Abbey to play forward quickly but through midfield which is great for our boys. It's a good club and great introduction for our youth boys into men's football to help their progression up the pyramid.

Yeh, that's the other thing. There is no registered initiative like for example The Bike Safety Scheme. Mainly allowed in parks, playground, in house etc.
