It’s name calling on twitter,

😂😂

Fucking brilliant.

You should really get in touch with the judge & let them know about this new revelation. Contact the police too, because they’re going to have to rewrite the entire Communications Act.

Have you let the judges involved in the libel case as well? As I think Barton is due a million quid refund 😄

Classic RW pretending to know the law…

Just a bit of harmless banter wasn’t it? Accussing folk of being attracted to children & posting their address is perfectly acceptable behaviour. What a waste of time the whole thing was 🙄

I’m not back to work until next month mate. Had some much needed extended paternity leave. Not sure what your obsession is with bringing my job into our little arguments though?? Always just makes you come across as a bit desperate when you’ve made a tit of yourself x

The police didnt write the communications act. 👍

Posting his address must be acceptable as it wasn’t mentioned in court. Looks like you’re getting all of a do over things that didn’t happen again.

10000 release without charge, 10s of thousands of hours of police time on name calling on Twitter. Silly isn’t it.

You’re making a lot of sense today 😄

There’s only one person on here who seems upset by Barton’s outcome.
He clearly broke the law & crossed a line. It obviously wasn’t just a bit of harmless name calling.

Your Whataboutery tangent regarding other dropped cases is irrelevant.

There is nothing silly about Barton’s conviction. Just good old British justice 🇬🇧

You're still avoiding my original post where  I have, numerous times, said it’s silly the amount of police time being wasted on name calling online. 10s of thousands of police hours. Police and MPs have called it out, anyone with half a brain cell can see it’s silly…..but good old London hey. 😂 🪖

Do you think what Joey Barton did falls into the category of 'silly name calling'

Or do you think he's been a bullying cunt who got what he deserved?

Imagine having your arse handed to you by Jeremy Vine and Eni Oluko.

Then having to make a grovelling apology, snivel that you didn't really mean it (when you did) and hand over most of your savings.

Imagine it.

fucking lllooollllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll

He’s just made that clear

In which case a judge, who is a higher authority, has deemed it not to be silly name calling

With them being a legal expert and stuff you'd think they'd know

And there you go again…. Making shit up 😄

I acknowledged the issue when you first mentioned it & said the police shouldn’t have to. Even if you did give the impression you believed all the arrests were for Twitter posts.

It is why I’m ignoring you as you continue to ramble on about the same point days later. We already discussed it, youve just got the memory of a fucking goldfish.

It’s also irrelevant because what Barton didn’t was a case of silly name calling.

But clearly you know better than the law & the judge in question 🤡

Weird that there’s loads of examples of judges making shit/wrongs decisions. I guess you’ve never questioned or criticised anyone outside of your profession?

Name calling with a smidge of bullying. If everyone who makes these kinds of posts “get what they deserve” then building  a lot more courts and prisons has better be in the next manifesto.

Not surprising that many of those in agreement with courts cases for name calling were also in agreement with the Labour councillor being cleared of encouraging violent behaviour (slashing throats). Strange times

Is there anything that you think would cross a line? Could literally anyone say anything about anyone on line, and you’d be chilled with that? No limits?

You didn’t though did you.  You posted what’s against the law. Why do you do it 😂

Yes it was 6 tweets. Hardly a barrage of relentless attacks over a long period. Not sure what this obsession of agreeing with the courts is about. Are you not able to think for yourself?

Or folk just stop being cunts on social media for likes

No need for extra prisons

The judge was following the law. You might think Barton’s actions are “sound”, but you seem to be the only numpty arguing there was nothing to it.

You started off saying he acted in common sense, now he’s made a shit decision 😄

make your mind up & lets stop boring everyone to death x

I can

I suspect you can't given you love to chuck the nonce title around without evidence

If we are judging people's level of thinking where does that put you?
