I thought today was crap. I cannot believe the other thread saying how well we played. We had no ideas. It's getting so predictable. Jay Jay was crap. Pedersen shouldn't be in the starting 11 and Hunt is not good enough. I'll not slate anyone else for the time being but not many can come away with any credit. I ragging hope Nakata and Borgetti are in the squad for Wednesday.

I'm not being negative I just think it was ragging awful to watch.

aye well if the linesman at Villa had done his job and given Nolans goal and if Dioufs shot had been an inch lower we'd have 4 points, and I guess people would be pretty content. HOWEVER we do have to start making advantages pay and really do now need to stuff Newcastle. Being able to shoot on target would be a start but I've long given up on them being able to do that at home....

Pretty sure he is not black but he looks like he has forgotten to take the coat hanger out of his shirt. Thought he should have been challenging Cahill but agree if Jaidi tracked back wouldn't have mattered. The defence should shape up when Bruno comes back.

nolan, missed at least three - two id forgive him for seeing as they were on his left foot, but the other one was an awful miss

i cant believe nobody has mentioned gardner. definatley the worst player on the pitch by a long way. everything he touched turned to shit. same at villa last week. we desperatly need a proper left back. hunt isnt much better on other side, if we get 2 good wingers against us we will get beaten by a cricket score!!! bring back barness!!!!!

agreed, gardner was poor, made a couple of very good last ditch tackles although if he werent out of postion, he wouldnt have to have done this.

 

i think ricky's main problem is confidence, if he fucks up once, it guarenteed he'll fcuk up again.

 

but he'll still give 100% no matter how bad he's playing, unlike a certain mr hunt, who'll just kick the opposition or moan at a team mate...
