season tickets

Featured Replies

when is the deadline for early season ticket renewals?

Gone

It was yesterday.. I renewed mine against my better judgement.

I went 2 days ago to change my seat with 4 of my mates, and I got told that there are only single seats left in the whole lower tier, and I will have to wait until the 12th for when the renewing deadline is over.

I thought we wouldn't do well in our season ticket sales this year but we obviously are.

it all depends on how many want to renew there season tickets.

id take that info as a pinch of salt

Renewed mine online at 4.30pm yesterday. Left it as last as possible but gave in eventually. I know Peter North renewed as well yesterday.

Interesting to know how many ST holders from last season haven't bothered renewing.

so do you know?

I would be interesting to know who hasn't. Sure we could guage an opinion from those on here who haven't.

cant see us getting any where near the total we sold last year.

unless we get some big signings in ie 4 / 5 quality signings.

[-(

I haven't.

If we make some earth shattering signings I will do and take the hit of paying extra - that's the gamble.

Otherwise, I'll be skipping games that are being played at silly o'clock.

spoke to a hell of a lot of bolton fans over the last few weeks, and i have not come across any who are not re-newing, i think numbers will be slightly down on last year but not many.

Let the deadline pass yesterday and decided not to get one, cherry picking next season. Just fancy watching non league soccer, had a good laugh watching Leigh RMI, and Barrow, met some top lads and wenches. Seen Bolton through thick and thin, and its not because a sinking ship is looming, i just like the old terrace experiance.

Renewed mine and junior fbatess's.

Can't live without the live Reebok experience :-k

Been a season ticket holder for donkeys years, but when I think of the number of games that have been played at stupid times (and days) that i have missed since we have been in the Prem it would have been cheaper just to pay for the games i could make it to.

That said i renewed again this season. But those who haven't renewed doesn't mean they aren't proper fans....

Agree with that pal.

When your 9 year old daughter says to ya at the end of the Brum game, can you renew my season ticket next season, you can't say no. :D/

cannot agree your either a part timer or not, when people say i cant make this game or that game what they really mean is they will make the effort for all the big games, but when fulhams/charltons come to town, they cannot be arsed, they are part time glory hunters who will be first to moan if we get to a major final and cannot get a ticket, i have shit em, charge em ??100 for the big games if they cannot make it for the likes of fulham.

Bollocks.....

I missed 2 home games last season. Arsenal at home - due to work, Fulham - due to fact that my plane landed late in Manchester from France, after our extended trip to Marsellie.

There are a lot of part timers around, but if you're going to miss 3 or 4 games a season for some reason - work, kids, holidays, or whatever then it works out cheaper not to get season ticket and pay as you go.

we've sold approx 13,000+ for this season. They got rid of about 2-3K this weekend as people caved in.. apart from Carlos.

last year we sold about 19.5K. I don't think they sold any for South Stand becuase of 'floaters' paying top-whack (bit like Carlos this year - friggin part-timer..)

They are revising the figure they expect to sell to be approx 16.5K

Personally, I don't mind as it means that the JCL's (Carlos again) will be forking out ??35 a game..

??35 a game? Are you on glue?

I pay ??30 for my membership and then ALL games are either ??21 in North or South Lower or ??25 in East or West Lower.

The differece between that and full-price ST is nominal.

In the words of Skel Nonch and Erk Drey, "And soooooo ammmm I".

North Lower

30 + (19x21) = ??429

A full price ST is ??433

East or West Lower

30 + (19x25) = ??505

A full price ST is ??511

It is actually cheaper to purchase through the mambership scheme!

its a fooking embarrasment the fans of this club do not deserve a premier league team, i am willing to bet wigan and blackburn will sell 13,000 + BWFC as a serious football club has died in my eyes, thanks to the fans that who in the past were our strength.

MK, either stop fishing or stop talking b??llocks.

The number of season tickets sold is not an indication of the quantity or quality of our support base.

I can't afford to shell out ??500 in one go, but I'll still be there next season. Many are in the same boat.

You can criticise poor turn-outs if we don't average 25,000 at each game, but not so soon in pre-season. After all, the club are asking us to fork out money to watch what would be a weakened team compared with last season.

i aint fishing i will reiterate what i said it is an embarrasment for a premiership club to have 13000 season ticket holders, the club have signalled a willingness to spend big money, yet the fans have deserted big time, is it a case of now were not in Europe people cannot be arsed, the time to support the club is when things go badly as the end of last season did, look at Man city they are absolutely garbage yet they will still have 35,000 plus season ticket holders, the bolton public mystify me, allardyce is absolutely correct in his assumptions regarding bolton fans, they are shite.

Willingness to spend big? Have i missed summat, cos i thought we'd spent fcuk all.

And on to your second point - Isn't Manchester slightly larger than Bolton ](*,)
