Once the paperwork gets to Court it becomes public knowledge ??? believe me, if Allardyce & co had started legal action the papers would be full of it.

So Sams solicitors need to wait for the evidence to be released then study the evidence and decide on a course of action.

 

In your case presumably you were awarded 50p and a voucher for Argos in Sams case there will be hundreds of thousand of pounds splashed about and he is suing an International Corporation not some tinpot company.
