bwfczoe Posted July 21, 2007 Posted July 21, 2007 Been having trouble logging on to my MSN account for about 2 months now I have tried all the usual fix it problems like re-installing, checking my firewalls etc etc BUt nothing seems to work One day it was working fine, the next day I get error code 8100030d Just so you know I connect to the net through a t.mobile data card! I use the v7.5 just try that I am using Windows Live version I think its 7.5 I have tried older versions and have tried newer versions To no avail Kempo I cant get all my contacts unless I sign in to my account so would be pointless starting a new one, and to be honest I have tried that anyway Anymore suggestions I personally think its the way I connect to the internet although until recently has never been a problem before (t. mobile data card) they are on t. mobile website for more details Quote

Sign into your email account, and you can view them all. Quote

One day it was working the next it wasnt Always used the same account And Kempo can you look at contacts even if you dont use a Hotmail account as I use my own e-mail address not a hotmail one? Quote

It was weeks before that, that it stopped working the Beta version I didn't download until 6 weeks after it stopped working! And I can connect to the net just not MSN Quote

And I can connect to the net just not MSN check that the power cable arround the back is firmly in place. if it is trace this round till you get the plug socket. next to the socket will be a switch, press the top of the switch in, then after about 3 minutes press the bottom in, from here re start your computer. that should do the trick. I have opened a new account and that seems to work fine on works computers Will wait and see when I am home if it works on laptop, if it does its going to be a painful stretch adding all my contacts back on to my new one Quote
