I emailed Gartside about tickets to confirm that fans with Macedonia vouchers would get first refusal:
Response:
Thank you for your email which has been passed to me for a reply.
Please rest assured that all season ticket holders who received a voucher for traveling to Macedonia will receive priority access to tickets for this game.
The Club will shortly be announcing details relating to both our ticket allocation and the sales process which will confirm this point.
Today?s announcement relating to ticket and travel packages makes clear that while bookings can be made directly with our travel partner TMG, they cannot be confirmed until after the 26th October, when our priority sales period will end. It also makes clear that season ticket holders will receive priority over Club Members and Lifeline Members, who in turn have priority over open sale applications.
Furthermore, all season ticket holders who traveled to Macedonia with the Official Travel Club and who received a voucher will receive the first allocation of travel club seats.
In the event that season ticket holder demand during the priority sales period exceeds available supply, only season ticket holders will receive tickets or ticket and travel packages. In such circumstances, all applications for tickets or ticket and travel bookings made by non-season ticket holders would be declined.
Although our precise ticket allocation has still to be confirmed by Bayern Munich, we have been advised that our allocation will far exceed the number of tickets purchased by Bolton Wanderers season ticket holders who traveled to Macedonia. Therefore any Bolton Wanderers season ticket holder who traveled to Macedonia will receive a ticket, provided they submit their application or book with our official travel partner (TMG) prior to 5pm on Friday 26th October.
I very much hope that this gives you the assurances you are seeking.
