What team would you have put out, then?

Lets not confuse the lad eh!!

Its the players we have that are the problem, too many midfield plodders, no pace, same can be said about our forwards now that the Elk has gone and Diouf is at ANC.

Whatever system had been used last night, i can't imagine the game or result being any different. We need new players in to enable Megson to field a team capable of stringing a few passes together, linking midfield with attack and someone getting in the box.

And while you're at it, tell me which manager in the history of football would have kept this shower in the Premiership:

1 Russell Hoult

2 Igor Balis

3 Neil Clement

4 Derek McInnes

5 Darren Moore

6 Phil Gilchrist

7 Ronnie Wallwork

8 Michael Appleton

9 Danny Dichio

10 Andy Johnson

11 Jason Roberts

12 Scott Dobie

14 Sean Gregan

15 Bob Taylor

16 Lee Marshall

17 Larus Sigurdsson

18 Jason Koumas

19 Lee Hughes

20 Jordao

21 Brian Jensen

22 James Chambers

23 Adam Chambers

24 Ifeanyi Udeze

25 Des Lyttle

27 Ross Adams

28 Matthew Turner

31 Joe Murphy

I'm not overly impressed with Megson's ability to attack teams but how quickly people forget that we played many games just like last night, under Allardyce's reign.

Their approach and tactics seem very similar.

And we didn't like it under Lee when we tried to play and didn't win.

Just goes to show you we want winning football. However it's played.

I'd rather we went down than the big boned fella came back.

very valid point, a couple of seasons back we were in a bad run and dogged a terrible draw against WBA, we then turned the corner and won a few on the back of that result.

mounts clutching desperatley at straws.

I would of played another forward alongside Davies to try and score as goal(you know those things that win games)expecially like s*it like Fulham!

Braaetn,Stelios, anyone, at least have a f*cking go at winning the game!!!!!

Stelios, I may well have put him on later on, was he on the bench, I wasn't sure?

But Braaten? I take it you regularly partake in glue from a carrier bag?

Nail on the head there. Helguson should have been on 30 minutes before. And as for not putting Stelios on the bench is criminal. Taxi for Megson at this rate.

If stelios was fit, leaving him out of the squad was a sackable offence, Megson seems drop anybody who can play football, perhaps he is jealous cause he was one wank one dimensional footballer.

Premiership Points::

Under Sammy Lee

Played 10, 5 points = 0.5 points a game

Under Megson

Played 14, 17 points = 1.2 points a game

They are the most important facts of our season talking of track records

Sorry your point is what? Lee was past, Megson is current and currently we are unable to score goals and win matches to move away from possible relegation

Can you please explain to me how we have not moved away from the relegation zone since Megson took over?

We can jazz it up how we want we are relegation fodder who may / may not just escape the drop.

If we do Megson will be hailed a hero, if we dont a to$$er. For what its worth my opinion is he is a clueless knobhead who will drag us into the championship and blame what he inherrited. The negativity shown last night was a disgrace considering we were the home side - ABSOLUTE BIZZ

Megson's record isn't brilliant admittedly, but his return of 17 pts from 14 games equates to 29 points for the 24 games we've played.

That would put us 11th at present, which most on here would settle for.

you happy losing at sunderland and drawing at home to Fulham?

What the hell are you talking about? Where did I say anything remotely similar to that?

For the record, are you aware we are Bolton Wanderers and not Manchster United?

Oh and we got beat at home to Fulham under Allardyce, did you want him out at the time too?

yes we are Bolton and not United but we are also a lot better than Fulham and Sunderland, when BSA was manager and we lost to Fulham were we 2 pts off relegation in January? and when needing a striker to replace our main goal source who has departed were we buying defenders?

I can't tell you just how ridiculous it is what your writing.

if you were happy watching that negative shower of s*it last night then fair play mate.

ffs, megson is slowly building his own team, judge him when he's finished buying please.

obviously his next signing (hopefully a striker) will have a big say in the fans perception.

so far though, im happy with what he's acheived, we do not look like getting beat every game anymore.

I would assume that deals are in the pipe line, which one pops out of the end first is anyone guess (that would include Megson) .... if it was a striker then a defender then we would not be talking about it, lets just wait until the window shuts and see what we have, and then you can vent you spleen to your hearts content.
