I've got some bruising on my shoulder and had a sore head but feel quite lucky in comparison to a lot of the the other chaps I saw

bit of bruising on my waste and arm.

didn't get dipped but many did.

 

Wes/Bono got mugged - by Bolton fans.

Biff got dipped on the Metro by pick pockets.

I was dipped on the metro after the game... I was in the small section of fans on the opposite side from the main support and we were let out as soon as the final whistle went... we had no hassle either from police or madrid fans.

 

The metro was packed and my wallet was taken out of my front pocket... I lost about ?120 overall plus all my credit cards and driving licence.

 

Still enjoyed the trip despite taking a day & a half to get there and the dipping incident

I think you will find that most got their pockets dipped on the Metro both before and after the game.

Loads I spoke to had either had their wallet stolen, or at least felt someone try.

 

Guess I was lucky (or kept my hands in my pockets)

Caught some scum trying to dip my passport, launched a bottle at the tosser, 10 mins later, have my phone knicked. The following day, i get all my money stolen. Got a bruise on my shoulder, and legs.

One lad had his ticket swiped not far away from the square...bout an hour later saw a spanish lad selling one. They shouted him over as they saw a chance to buy a cheap ticket. They looked at it compared it to see if it was anywhere near his mates, was only the seat next to them. The little b*satrd robbed it off them and tried selling it to them, needless to say they took it off em!

Me and Squidgy got a bit battoned, but that was about it. Not dipped, so a result really

Got a baton to the leg inside the ground - just got a lump and a graze so not as bad as tots of folk

My mate was punched in the face after the game by a Madrid fan as we walked back to the tube station. Completely unprovoked and the police just watched.

It never ceases to amaxe me the niavety of some folk...mixed with a day of alcohol..the pick pockets must of thought it was Christmas...

My mate, plus 2 more of his party got their wallets pinched whilst queuing up to get into the ground!!!

I had to go and ask a friendly riot policeman if he'd take his boot of it please...and allow me to pick it up without splitting my head open...

No casualties, no arrests and the dutyfree made it intact too!

In the interests of balanced and thorough coverage of the issue, i feel it is my duty to report our groups WHOLY ACCIDENTAl departos-from-pubios-without-payos maneouvre late on friday afternoon.

 

By that stage we were all switched to auto=pilot and simply forgot that you pay afterwards over there.

 

We felt a bit bad about it when we realised cos theyd been really good with us in the pub on the round about towards hotel praga- but theres nowt you can do from 20, 000 feet to fix it.
