The thing is, you're right - the club does need our support more now than ever.

 

It's just that right now, the very reason they need it, is the same reason that most don't want to give it - we've been wank for ages.

 

Personally, I'm in Rome with the missus this weekend so I'm not going.

 

However, had I been in the country I'd have gone. Had I been in the country and we'd not won on Saturday, I wouldn't have done.

 

That's because I'd have lost hope in us staying up this season.

The cockend insult was for you indeed. Not as a personal slight mind, i don't know you. But surely you can't be physically sick that a win at the weekend has given people a lift to watch their club away? I wen't to Sporting Lisbon, then I wen't to Wigan, personally I feel this more than grants me the right to pick and choose which games I go to in our current climate. The same way Megson picks and chooses when to play a decent side. We're already on Chelsea away, regardless of our final standing. Boro away isn't so appealing though in a backwards area with literally nothing close to the ground. Me + 4 on. Would definately have give it a miss if we didn't pick up a result against West Ham.
