He does come across well, my better half as up until now had no interest in politics at all( and that included when we lived in the UK), but she as now started to watch all sorts of programmers when he makes an appearance, and also likes the first lady

make the most of it...he wont be around for long

also likes the first lady

Would you?

The strangest thing about Obama mania was all the Nigerians

celebrating his election thinking he would change their life overnight oh those

poor people

She seems lovely, infact, they seem like a lovely genuine couple. I keep waiting for something as I'm a natural born cynic but I think, for once, they are what they seem.

Now, now, don't be using your facts again, especially when the race card has been played by the PC brigade.

When Obama met the Duke of Edinburgh

Incase you can't make out what they say:

Mr Obama said to her: "Thank you so much for having us." Addressing the Duke, he added: "It's a wonderful honour."

Describing his day, the president said: "I had breakfast with the Prime Minister, I had meetings with the Chinese, the Russians and David Cameron."

Appearing to refer to his jet lag, he won laughter from his hosts as he added: "I'm proud to say I did not nod off in any of the meetings."

The Duke laughed and asked: "Can you tell the difference between them?" :good:

The Duke is my favourite Royal.

He's the perfect example of the dangers of centuries of inbreeding.

Would that make the Duke a redneck or a dingle

I took it that he meant "fucking hell, how boring does that sound, and I bet all the meetings must've felt the same". I must be a little naive at times then.

They turned the microphones off just before you could hear him say "Lizzie, are you seriously telling me those yanks have let a darkie get his finger on the button? Good lord. Shall I get our chauffeur to take him for a drive do you think?"

Well, you see, I thought he couldn't be so genetically fucked to say something like that to someone in power who's 'of colour'. But happen you might be right, Zico.
