juewanderer
Been downloading much? It bit more today than normal but not what i'd call a heavy amount. The next door neighbour who is also on Telewest Broadband says hers is slow also.

superbobby
They may have upgraded you which will mean that you need to switch off your PC/Mac, turn off your modem for 30 seconds, switch it back on, wait for your SYNC and RDY lights to go steady and switch on your PC/Mac

After the test I downloaded Uniblue, it seemed like a good idea. After that, I couldn't get on the internet and lost ITunes, volume and other things just don't work. BT have helped (I'm back on at home) but ITunes doesn't play, I've no sound and generally things are poo. Any thoughts? I've had emails with ITunes and Uniblue, without success as yet. Rule #1; do not download anything whilst intoxicated.
