Which is fair enough, but I think you're being a bit harsh on Dan Unless we get a Citeh-esque investor we won't be signing any International superstars in their pomp And the types of signing which Hierro etc were - end of career but enough in the engine to compete appear to have diminished from the game in the past few years So I think he made a fair point, doesn't mean he was being overly negative

June 22, 200917 yr said it before, say it again can count on one hand the no. of good games he had for us he was good on his day but he was a legend elsewhere aye, but he didnt get a look in the first half the season (except for playing at the back) the second half off the season when playing the holding role he was tremendous was it fat head who said he was the best midfielder in the prem for the second half of the season behind Lampard? and those few games he did play the holding role, his performances were up there with the Okocha/Spurs and Diouf/Brum performances.
