Get Harmison in.

Good 1st hour for us.

53-0 15 overs.

I think Mitchell Johnson has forgot how to bowl.

I think Mitchell Johnson has forgot how to bowl.

He didn't bowl particularly well in the first test either, it was our woeful batting that gave him wickets.

Come on England!

Lunch 126-0

Strauss 47

Cook 67

Good start.

May it continue.

Great start, keep Johnson bowling :pardon:

Looks like there will be alot of rain around tomorrow and over the weekend

Superb. Big tall 6ft5in Aussie walked into Levents just then on Bridge Street. Suited & booted, but curly hair (dead giveaway). I was dying to say something, but thought better - didn't want to tempt the fate of an England batting collapse.

(oh, the meatballs on seeded baguette with melted cheese and jalepenos is a must...... as is the very chunky, moist carrot cake! - washed down with cloudy lemonade!)

177-0 and going well.

KP now out for a quick 32

Replay of 1st test, apart from Strauss, determined to make it count.

500?

Just in from work been listening to it on radio, glass of red now and watch highlights on 5, still think 500 is not out the question tomorrow :good:

Been out all day had TMS on seemed as though we gifted them at least 3 wickets, hopefully we can get to 500 although I think 450 is a good total, if our bowlers perform, as an aside see Harmison's first spell after he was sent up the M1 was 8 overs I wicket for 1 run,

Done the same my red wine is for my sauce for my steak mind yer :drinks:

good start this morning...........

Strauss out 2nd ball offering no stroke bowled.

364 / 7

370/8 now

At least the ball is swinging...hopefully Anderson will extract the swing when we bowl soonish

They'll get 600

We're shit

425 All Out

fortunatley the last two (Anderson & Onions) made a bit of a fight of it. To be 425 all out isn't bad, but after being 200-1 yesterday, we should have been looking to push towards 600

I still see this test as being a draw though

The ball was swinging like a couple in their 50s before so you never know if England get a couple early :pardon: Draw is still heavy favourite though with all the shite weather around.

Don't like Hughes, glad he's gone

Anderson gets another (Ponting), they're 10-2 now.

Perhaps we could actually beat the Australians at Lords for the first time since 1734
