This situation has to be dealt with by the club Heirachy, in my opionion the only good reason to carry on with the present manager is for continuity, he clearly cannot pick the right formation or build a balanced team every team needs grafters, pace/flair and a goalscorer Megson teams are so devoid of balance it is beyond belief, his relationship with the fans could not be any worse, the style of play could not be any worse the results he is achieving are barely any better, the atmosphere around the Reebok is as bad as when Phil Neal and Charlie wright were at the end of there tenure, we need a breath of fresh air to come breezing into BWFC before this horrible situation sinks the club, time for Gartside to earn his corn and do the right thing for the club, we need someone who the fans could belief in and preferably someone who has a link with the club and is capable of re-building a badly damaged club-fans relationship before it is too late.
