Remember when Ricketts hit the winner a few years back and then Nolan did them the year after? Remember when Super Bob poked the ball over the line and it was like we'd won the world cup? Maybe so but, in five or six years time, if this site or its replacement is still going, there'll be 22,000 posters all claiming to have been there, just like they were all there at various low points in our club's dark days.
October 8, 200916 yr Can understand Bolton fans not wanting to pay ?42 to go to O.T. but some of the excuse for not going are so feeble it is beyond belief, "I am not going cos were going to lose" must be the worst, FFS pull yourselfs together were little Bolton, we travel in the hope that our boys will do us proud, just for one minute contemplate how you will feel if we get a draw or even win and your not there, travelling in the hope of a good result is what a football fan surely lives for, sometimes I despair about so called fans. October 10, 200916 yr Am taking my 9 year old for his 1st visit to OT. My only thinking is that we won't be here forever and one day at least he can say he's seen the Whites at OT. I had to wait until the FA Cup in 91 for my first chance and then a massive gap until the Rickett's winner. 1-1 for me.

October 10, 200916 yr Well he lives in the area of the rest of them - south of birmingham First game I took my grandson he was 4 at brum away and we lost 1-0 and he got drowned in beer at half time Next game we lost 4-0 at Villa No matter how many tops he gets bought his dad is winning the way On a brighter note a lot of his school friends now follow Bolton as their second team
