DirtySanchez Posted November 18, 2009 Posted November 18, 2009 But Audrey Hepburn was not Belgian. She may have been born in Belgium but her father was British and her Mother Dutch. At birth she was a British subject, became a citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies in 1948 and a British citizen in 1981. Isn't that a pre-requisite for being Belgian? So at some point she actually was Belgian thus making here a famous Belgian.
