A well known Warby's lad (FD) used to be a doorman there, he lobbed me out head first for fighting in there, we even reminisced about it when he came to a 'do' on Athy Colls a few weeks ago,

He also chucked Gubbins down the stairs at VA VA in the early 70s. When asked did i want to go in, i declined. Been best of mates ever since.

My guess is he'll have chucked quite a few folk down quite a few flights of steps. Not many, if any at all, got the better of him.

Anyone remember the fight between him and Oliver B? The OB just stood and watched and their role became crowd control rather than fight breaking up.

Mickey, is that the Ollie B, black lad who played football for Boilton West Indians? if so, he was a scary f?cker,I played against him in the Bolton Sunday league, I didn't see Fred have a fight with him but I can picture the carnage.

I don't know about the past, but reet now it's defo my gran, she needs to get an iron and take care of her saggy face.

I would also like to add under the bridge at the bottom of oakenbottom road, 2 girls had it in many angles when I was 17

I can't remember who won, but like someone said - not many got the better of FD in those days.I seem to remember there were hundreds watching, and it went on for what seemed like ages - it was a bit of a "Thriller in Manila"

one of the few pleasures of living in blackpool. every bank hollliday or weekend in the summer the town is invaded with an abundance of women/slags looking for a bit of action away from their normally mundane lives! tower lounge at 6pm on a sunny day..take your pick.you cant beat a fat blonde bird from doncasater!
