He hasnt come through the Real Madrid youth system but should know Rodrigo and possibly Alonso from the Spanish u21 squad. Wenger was reported to be sniffing around him towards the end of last season but he chose Real instead. I dont know how cridible this rumour is as i would imagine bigger clubs would be interested in taking him on loan if not back to Santander for a year. I hate to suggest people check out youtube for footage of the player as we all know it means feck all but seriously check him out he's one hell of an attacking midfielder and composed beyond his years. I would be extatic if Coyle can tie this lad to a loan deal but I cant see it myself unfortunately.

Its his bets chance at Champions League football. If I was him, I would be seriously considering that move. BUT, if he is the home loving lad he says, he wont move, it took him a year to settle at Everton because the move was too big for him !!

He is a very quiet lad, took him ages to come out of his shell, he is not the street Scally Rooney is, more of the marde arse lad at school, that never come out, but always had the best and newest Trainers, that then got knicked off him !!
