I May Be Had Up For Murder

Some cunt has shot my cat in the neck with an airgun. If I find out who did it I'll rip their fuckin head off. And no I will not laugh at any "smart" comments left on this thread. I am severely angry. I hate cruelty.

  • In favour of? I hate cats so wasn't going to comment out of respect for the poster & also my mother once said, if you've nothing nice to say, shut the fuck up. Now, stop being a dick & find so

  • Cats are wankers and deserve to be shot. The cat wouldn't give a fuck if it was the other way round and you'd been shot, so fuck him.

  • I know you don't like cats and I also know you are in favour of cruelty to cats. So was just curious.   Jazza, I hope your cat will be alright, there really are some dickheads in this world

It's just as bad this side of the Ship canal TBF

Is it? I'm not questioning you, it's a genuine question. I've seen a number of reports about the problems on Merseyside but not Manchester. And we are all aware of the child not long ago who was killed by a "family" dog. Skem, I think.

Frank's right, loads of em in Hulme, Withington and Moss Side

So it's just rough c?nts generally round the North West trying to be hard then? Fair enough.

My dog was born in Droylsden, but we don't like to talk about it. :D

bloody hell a pug love in

i've not got a dog and would probably never get one, but me mum n dad have had pugs for 50 years

and cats sit alongside grey squirrels for me in the vermin stakes

i'd not shoot 'em though

just keep em off my property and we can live happily

there's lads on my in-laws nice middle class estate with Bull Terriers of varying kinds trying to look 'ard, but when you get on Dicky Bird they're not afraid to use em as weapons.

Can't take our pooch for a walk any further than round the block after dark, after some lads set their staffie on her.

That's sad to hear is that. Even though I've got a dog I know very little about them. Are they born bad or is it years of breeding nasty ones, or is it purely taught? You know mine Frank, it's hardly ever going to be a killer is it, but really, what is the crack, nature or nurture?

they're bred to be nails as fuck and to be able to take down a bull (hence the name) and are not the brightest so do as they are trained. they're no more likely to go for someone than any other breed it's a combination of the sorts of people who own them and the fact that when they go for you you bloody well know about it.

How ever the in-laws have a staffie and she a big tank but soft as anything won't even play bite you because she's been trained not to. Apparently you have to be extra hard on the training front but once you have been they're great dogs.

I wondered that. When we're walking it's the mutt who tells me who the c?ntish dogs are & aren't with her demeanour & it does surprise me some of them she loves to play with. Her best mates are a rottweiler & a boxer & she bullies the shit out of them. She's also matey with a silvery grey thing, beautiful, looks like a bull terrier.

So I though surely it's not just the dog.

Ours doesn't like little dogs she cries and growls at em.

Her best mate down the park is an Alsatian + Great Dane cross and is a giant shaggy beast of a thing.

Some dog breeds are more naturally aggressive than others so if they happen to also have big fuck off jaws then pig thick Neanderthal types think it is a good idea to train them to be even more aggressive.

Some dogs are just born that way though, a friend of ours has a little shitzu/poodle cross and it is tiny little thing but it is a right shit and even specialist dog trainers have made very little difference.

We have a pug/poodle cross and he wouldn't harm a fly but by fuckery he isn't half daft, a proper live wire! I don't even particularly like dogs but the little shit has real character so I have ended up warming to the scruffy bugger!

I've got a staff and he's soft as shit. Had them in the family for years and never had a problem. Then again, none of them have been trained to be aggressive. It's a shame that they have such a reputation due to dickhead owners as they are really friendly by nature generally.

On the park where I take him for a walk he plays with all the other dogs and there's never been any aggro - apart from one time where he got bullied by a Yorkshire terrier. That was pretty funny. He also plays with cats which I believe is reasonably rare for a staff.

He might look pretty rough and, I suppose to certain people, quite intimidating but, for example, he'd be the worst guard dog ever. A quick stroke of his head and a biscuit and he's help you rob my house I reckon.

Staffies are cracking dogs. Never met a bad one. The problem is when you get some dickhead of an owner who trains them to be aggressive. They're fearsomely strong, brave and capable of doing someone real damage.
