I'm going to the races, so Iamout.

hope we spank the blue & white shiiiite....many years we've hated blackburn rooooovers!

Isn't this the time to give a few youngsters a chance?

The Official Site had an article saying that this Riley lad was a tremendous right back prospect.

Blackburn are slow at the back, but neither O'Halloran nor Obadeyi who have been playing well for the reserves and are quick don't even make the bench, but bloody Robbie Blake does.

We couldn't be any worse organised with a couple of youngsters in the team with something to prove.

Coyle is tactically naive away from home.

4 wins from 39 away Premier league games is appalling.

I'm not one for trying to find scapegoats and i'm not sure if was to blame but I read in the bolton news that tamir cohen didn't have a good game.

Really? Until reading about it I hadn't actually noticed he'd played the full 90 minutes!

Our away results are just appalling, no surprise to see us lose against Blackburn though, we are the charity boys afterall, also no surprise after seeing Coyle's reserves/usually subs/1st team mixed selection. Didn't Blackpool get done for doing something similar?

What is the massive difference between home and away all about, does playing in another stadium with less fans really make this much of a contrast :nea:, all we have now is points per place and it looks like they're already on holiday when away.

The players should be thinking if we had better away form, we would be in Europe or maybe even near Champions League, also if we had poor home form, then we would be in a relegation battle.

Not only was the Blackburn game a complete waste of time, it was also on a par with Megson football, absolute shite.

Or maybe they're thinking: "Thank fuck we've got far more points at home than usual or we'd be well in the shit!"

it wasn't the losing, it was how we lost

we just couldn't pass the ball

maybe the inspirational captains abilities are rubbing off

rickyG didnt move from the same spot all game

Central pairing was all wrong for me.

Rodrigo being the main culprit.

Rodrigo being the main culprit.

his wayward pass led to the goal

centre midfield choice was wrong for me as well

And Wheater showed Olsson inside to shoot.

poor poor poor football

coyle needs a rethink

we need a centre back, left winger centre mid and a forward.

And a leader.

Central pairing was all wrong for me.

We have few players who want the ball/show for the ball.

Holden, Elmander, Lee and M.Davies.

Without Holden and M.Davies it's no wonder why our CB's will resort to punting it towards K.Davies and miss out the midfield completely.

On Saturday we had only 2 decent players, open play wise and that was Rodrigo and Elmander, however both didn't have good games, players like Taylor and Cohen are IMO only good when it comes to set piece situations, so until we get players like Holden back, I can only see poor football and hope the long balls find their target, Blackburn did this almost all time and Roberts won it a lot, Bolton didn't.

Maybe Coyle should try a new formation, maybe play a more countering side.

we had no midfield, you cant defend without a midfield and you cant attack without one

How many of them where when he managed a Burnley squad that should never even have reached the premiere league!

Some people like to moan for moaning sake!

If you compare Coyles Bolton away record with other managers such as Steve Kean, Alex Mcleash, mick mcarthy, Roberto Martinez, Avram Grant(pompey and west ham), Steve Bruce, Mark Hughes(fulham) etc then you will find its par for the course.

oh here we go again. of course burnley were good enough to play in the premier league because they earned the right to, just like we did all them years ago. I dont give a flying fuck what club you are managing, those statistics are fucking terrible and needs addressing urgently. as i said, he needs a bloody good assistant

our away record is terrible, coyle is young manager and will hopefully learn.

our home record is brilliant, lets hope he does nt mess that up.

overall we are over performing, top 10 premier league and a cuip semi final. is not a recipe for a p45, more a case for a knighthood.

With the play offs in the championship many teams will come up with piss poor squads / budgets such as Burnley, Blackpool etc

Man utd have only won 5 away from home from 18 leauge games this season and they are top of the league! Compare Coyles Bolton away record with all the other managers in the league and you will find he is right amongst them. We cant all be Barcelona as much as you may think we should be.
