Thing is, we'll never see any characters again - they'll all be identikit suited smarmies. "Spitting Image" simply wouldn't work now - you'd just need the one puppet

Having just seen her on Not the Nine O'Clock News I rather like the look of Louise Bagshaw MP for Corby and E Northhants.

How very true, was looking through some old archives on members debates in the mid 80s on that Silentnight bedding company dispute in the 26 week strike in Barnoldswick..

THe "Beast of Bolsover" for me too. If you watched PMQ often enough you realised that he was the first on his feet to get a question in, every time.

There was another MP around the same time from Newham NE. I can't remember his name, but him and Skinner used to hunt in packs.
