July 7, 201114 yr The bloke is Ken Bailey, England's unofficial mascot. He used to turn up at various sporting events dressed in his John Bull outfit. I've seen him a couple of times. Once on hoiliday in Bournemouth where he lived and again when Newcastle played Bournemouth in a cup match. He turned up at St James Park in his outfit and before the game walked round the pitch with the Newcastle mascot who dressed as a magpie. He died in 1993. There was a rumour that was never substantiated that he molested young girls.
