As I've mentioned before iirc, I'm not religious, so wouldn't sing the National Anthem either, "God save the Queen" I don't believe in GOD.

I always remember Marcelo Salas era Chile at the world cup bellowing out the national anthem at top note with hands on heart and tears in their eyes. That's pride right there.

 

Oh and bolty English managers are shit there's not one good enough to manage a top English league side nevermind the national team.

God is to do with belief and religion, I do not believe in this, so why would I sing "God save the queen", I'll be singing lyrics that I don't believe in, should I disregard this and just think of it as patriotic?

 

I get what National Anthems are for and why they are sang and that, but for me they just delay the football, I couldn't care less if a player sings or not, it's their football what matters, not if they show little perceived patriotism.

St.Georges flags are better for putting your team name and badges on, the three colours of the Union Flag would cancel out some of the lettering I reckon
