When Ken Ddodd was prosecuted there was a poster by Walton jail saying "Ken Dodd - appearing here soon!", but he was acquitted. (Prosecuting counsel was young Leveson - whatever happened to him?)

trial by jury 23rd jan.

Could there be a chance that spacky eyes isn't fit to stand trial so soon after his heart problems?

Aye but Doddy was tried in Liverpool with a scouse jury.

Doddy's joke was that he took a violin into the tax office and said Hows that for a tax fiddle.

i would have said hes going down, but with this guy defending him, i think ive changed my mind.

John Kelsey-Fry QC is the type of barrister who "takes one hour to prepare each minute at court."

Well, that's what he puts on his invoices I'd imagine.

hope Redknapp does a stretch and a long one at that.

twitchin bent cnut

Its about time. These two have been on the radar for quite a while now. Cant see foldy faced fuckwit getting out of this one

Arry has lost more premiership game than any other manager according to Sky

the revenue won't have a YTS on the job

this is recent case that kelsey-fry took, so he's not invincible

harrys going down

He also defended that bent Saudi Prince who bummed his Aide and then beat him to death shortly afterwards. Lost that one as well....!

There's a load of difference, I know, but as a percentage of games, I'd imagine Little Sam would take some beating for number of games managed and percentage lost.

to be fair you would have to give a manager at least a season to give a true reflection

Who's talking about being fair? If we'd given LSL a season we'd probably be playing Bury this weekend.

Archie Knox was a worse record

Anyone who knows the strength of evidence required to get a charge knows that he is guilty. When the courts have had a piece of him, the FA will also have a chew.

He's toast. A long time overdue too!

CPS wouldn't prosecute without good evidence.

We (HMP) used to run the Crown Courts and I was a dock officer during Doddy's trial, the man was pure comedy genius while he was in the dock, but as has been said, there's no way was he being convicted by his own.
