TBH next season can get fucked. We need to do whats best for us right now so whoever offers most cash gets him imo.

I understand where you are coming from in that we have accepted a bid from Chelsea and it is just down to wages now. All I'm saying is that, as a club, haven't we got the right to get the best price for a player and if someone bids higher than 7 million, we don't just say no sorry we don't want that much, we only want what Chelsea have bid. Surely we have to consider it? Thought it was a bit like ebay and the highest bidder wins..

That Josh lad is not what we need though, we would just be loaning him for loans sake imo. The lad would get mullered in the centre of our midfield.

I noticed that Boyata was on the bench Saturday, but no sign of that Mark Connolly chap we paid a million for thanks to Chris Evans poaching him. He's captain of the reserves and apparently out of contract in the summer.

If Connolly is behind Knight, Wheater and Boyata in the pecking order I would suggest that means he simply isn't good enough. If his contract is up at the end of the season I would expect he'll be off elsewhere
