You need to get a copy of the London midland day ranger voucher (Google it) and buy your ticket to London for ?15 at Crewe. A lot of changes and a fair bit of waiting around but for the saving of about ?40, can?t really complain. Times seem ok with this as well. For those not wanting to mess about with changing trains etc, works out cheaper to split your ticket at Crewe (I think). not being funny, but i'd rather eat my own shit casino mentally scareed after last sundays phileas foggs day out Quote

All you have to do is travel before 6:30am from Manc Piccadily or after 10am, which is off peak times, then open return, which will be off-peak anyway coming back Simples. Nice one.
