Call To Arms....

I'm officially closing this thread till Rochdale away next season.

We are fucking doomed. And that was dogshit.

Plus ESL has a leaky gutter that pissed all over everyone in its vicinity.

There's only ESLSC and my dad keeping me going.

Last few games there's been leaks under the WSU with buckets and cones placed out

Feels like everything is falling apart

This call to arms thing.....my FB feed had loads hat used to go to the game every week elsewhere this afternoon. And a good few of them went when we were really shit....sad times that today couldn't rally 'em all out

I'm glad I'd not spent long in my hair before today's game. FFS! I was going to complain to the head steward who was bizarrely stood with us but the miserable old bastard on our row was too busy giving him shit anyway.

I walked away today glum, saddened and pretty despondent.

I've not even gone out tonight. I'll be there for Fulham and hopefully there's good news on the new owner front by then but it's getting harder every week.

Under the circumstances, I was hoping for a huge response from both the players and the fans today. It didn't happen. The only ones to come out of today's events with any credit are the fans who turned up. The players, management and stay away fans are all irrelevant in the big scheme of things. We are the one constant that define this great club.

I suspect we will go backwards before we can go forwards. How many will stay and how many will disappear before jumping back on the bandwagon when things turn for the better?

When the ball came off the post, hit defreitas' arm, then he booted it in...come on mon that was better than "oh fuck, I think I've broken it" ????????

Yeah, but, I've never been to a game that made me feel I'd just discovered some sort of ace new magic trick

It's about football, but not JUST about football.

The problem is some people go just for the football.

Those that do aways, (super fans :-0) will understand more.

That two/six hours before, the travel, banter, shit food and camaraderie add to/make the day.

...sometimes the football is good too, once or twice, maybe.

Home games have been shot for a while, even in the Prem,

In the words of the famous enough white singer Michael Jackson, "I'll be there"

Keep the faith Brothers and Sisters, it will get better next year..

It is what you make of it. Quite enjoyed having a beer in Harvester pre-match with a few good folks of WW.
