April 14, 201214 yr Not particularly worried about Wolves result but QPR and Blackburn losing is great news. Add to that a nice place bet on Sunnyhillboy* and today's a good 'un. Hopefully Arsenal will do the business against Wigan to make a good weekend all round. *I know after the event doesn't count but it is true. I backed it because it looked to have a chance of a place and I went to Sunninghill Primary. What's all this studying form about when you can go for names. Sunninghill Primary here as well
April 14, 201214 yr Looking on oddscheckers, bookies have bottom 3 as Wolves, Blackburn, QPR - hope they are right. Hope the results put some fight in their bellies - the performance against Fulham was unacceptable. Didn't want to watch MOTD against barcodes because of the 'wonder' goal. Aguerro did something similar for the massives earlier.
April 14, 201214 yr As it looks (and god it keeps changing) with the games remaining Wolves and Blackburn look doomed. That leaves Us, Wigan, QPR and Villa for the last relegation place. After Wednesday nights defeat I just hope that Villa dont lose to manure tomorrow and City go on and win the title. I know that goes against our chances slightly but I see Villa picking up enough points anyway.
April 14, 201214 yr There's only so many favours we'll get.. We need to get the points on the board ourselfs and not rely on anybody else.
April 14, 201214 yr Amazing how well we've done so far this weekend ............ without having to play a game. There's a message in there somewhere.

April 15, 201214 yr Listening to 909 last night on my way into town. Steve Keane was interviewed and was asked what has been the cause of the 5 match run of defeats. He blamed the Muamba effect. Stating that the ref didn't want to be seen as the bad guy early on in the game at the Reebok when Stiensson brought their player down. Straws & Clutching at came immediately to mind.

Have we played them 5 times? I missed that bit.

Did he really say that? I've stuck up for the bloke previously as I think their fans have behaved terribly towards him, but that's just silly talk. We're not Scousers you know!
April 15, 201214 yr He said the same thing after the Liverpool defeat; he knows they have blown it and defeat against Norwich next season and they are down for sure Can't see them playing each other next season!

April 15, 201214 yr Keano making excuses already for their relegation - those three injuries plus the one that has caused them most damage - Fabrice Muamba To be fair to him, if Yakubu doesn't play the rest of the season, that's a blow to them.

He really did. It was one of those moments you wished they did a sky+ thing for car radios. I'd have loved to rewind and play it back again.
April 15, 201214 yr I'm quite liking Roy Keane on ITV giving Drogba no credit for his goal and telling Southgate he's wrong. Gaz looks petrified.

I did hear that on 5 live but it was the correspondent passing it on , not on tape. And Roy Keane looks like an unexploded bomb Psycho Killer Qu'est que ce Edited April 15, 201214 yr by pato
April 15, 201214 yr Not seeing an incident is forgivable, seeing something that's not there - unforgivable.
April 15, 201214 yr They're saying it was Atkinson who gave it. From that position? Poor at best. Deary me.

April 15, 201214 yr That was a fucking shocking decision. Game on again now. Boltons Gary Cahill to put the game beyond spurs. FACT
