Big City Girl Posted May 23, 2012 Posted May 23, 2012 Not a fan of La Salsa in Horwich, been a few times now and can't say I've ever enjoyed it. Same with Il Toro, style over substance. There's never enough, what I've eaten I've found bland and it's not cheap. I do like Lucianos at the Millstone but that's a bit pricey too. Good food though. Quote
jules_darby Posted May 23, 2012 Posted May 23, 2012 Anyone beside me like Topkapi Palace on Deansgate in Manc? Went last Friday, twas as good as ever..... You can get 2 dishes that are basically doner kebab presented differently on a plate What's not to like! Quote

no balls Posted May 23, 2012 Posted May 23, 2012 Not a fan of La Salsa in Horwich, been a few times now and can't say I've ever enjoyed it. I agree. The food is nothing to write home about. It's alright for a big party but if you're going to actually enjoy the food, it's not the place for me. Quote
