I watch it quite often, it's especially good when they show back to back episodes that have been filmed a few years apart, you can then see how much weight Adam Richman has put on. He's going to eat himself to death that bloke

great show....last one i was watched he was tackling the worlds biggest kalzone thingy, like a giant wrapped kebab...he did it.

the hottest pepper one was a good one aswell.

ever tried a similar challenge?

i tried the burger challenge at the lord derby in st annes...fuck me!...i was ok till i hit the infamous 'wall'.it was the bread that fucked it up for me.and the 4 pints before.

your body just says no...no more!!

much to my anguish my brother who weighs half of me pissed it... :nea:

theres apparently a place in Chorley that has a 2kg meat challenge, although im not sure where ( yet)

Not sure where that is, but what was Yarrow Bridge has some kind of grim burger challenge.

The bloke who does them (Adam Richman) has given up now, not good for his body I guess

Watching it now, it's a meat special. You know that sick feeeling you get from eating too much greasy food? I'm getting it just from watching this.

The breakfast special on now is just ridiculous. Shovelling in donuts into a toddler.

I read something about the Presenter and the show, about how they basically do a full hit of a season in a few weeks. Then in the "off season" he doesn't eat meat, runs every day and consumes a shit load of water to basically detox and keep healthy.

Must be seriously fucking with his health though.

Serious question; do most of the folk on here eat meat every day?

On my butties every day ... along with cheese usually (but not the squeezy sort :D).

meat or fish every day - most weeks will do 6 days meat and 1 day fish on average.

Most the meat is poultry mind, have a steak once a week and something with mince once a week.

apart from my breakfast every meal i have is almost certain to contain meat of some kind.....

(there is about 40 dead beasts cooking beneath my feet at this moment in time)

I rarely eat red meat, but I eat chicken 3 or 4 times a week: fish at least once per week, but I do eat plenty of non-meat meals.

everything i eat at night has meat or fish

rarely red meat

up until 6 months ago, had steak 5/6 nights a weeks for 3 years.

had no idea what I was doing was wrong

are we all on free range eggs nowadays?

remember asking my butcher mate if he had any free range eggs......

his reply was,....

so your quite happy to purchase a pound of mince beef that comes from a cow thats been left oustide in wind and rain and then dragged with a chain round its neck,to then be shot in the head at point blank range to be then skinned, chopped up and have its insides dragged out for your consumption...and your fucking bothered about how comfy your bastard chicken is when laying its eggs?!!

he has a point.

Oh and my free range eggs are from the chickens in the back. You can tell the difference, your butcher mate is a nob.

Bacon and sausage Sunday morning and the rest of my intake is mainly bread and spuds (and beer). Haven't had red meat since September.
