Site Supporter fatolive Posted August 14, 2012 Site Supporter Share Posted August 14, 2012 M58 then A570 easy enough but can get caught up at ormskirk, can by pass that by going through maghull. I go this way regular but then my starting point is just off the east lancs so not too bad for M6/m58 or A570, longer way round but traffic on the whole is easier than that A59 euxton way. Depends on how quick you can get to M58/A570 area of east lancs as to whether it'd be any good for you.
birch-chorley
the other way would be M61, M65 west to Bmber bridge then cutting through to the A59 these are both more miles mind like I said, its a bitch to get too
onefinfrandsen
Go up and over parbold hill and as you reach the bottom turn right and follow rufford signs, should be sign posted for southport from their.
