Was in bed shaking like a shitting dog at half 7 last night,even 6 pints sat in a dark corner on my own downstairs didn't work.

 

 

Woke up to a text of my mum saying 'Are you still alive'?.....never a good sign that.

 

Think I need a day of the ale today,I have a dull ache in my sides and I have got the heartburn of a fire blower after ten hour shift at the circus and my arse is like a dragons nostril....

 

Only thing is promised to meet our kid in the pub at 4 though....not looking good.

Sober night, left a do early feeling dogshit. Just woken up the same.

I may have to open a think I've got bad aids thread after. First I shall take the Jack Russell cross out to see if fresh air cures whatever I've got.
