My match reports (were on Manny Road) will now be going up on the BWFC Facebook page and I will be doing a live-update via Twitter at all games from now on. There'll be some info out about it at some point if you follow the facebook page or the club Twitter. The first report will be up today, the first Twitter-stream for fans who can't make it should be up tomorrow for the Leeds game.

 

I'll be in the press conferences and I'm at Euxton tomorrow for press things there.

 

My interest in this is to get more information that fans want to those fans, so if you want to know stuff ask me and I'll be Mohammed to the mountain, in the hope that there's a benefit to everyone. Some stuff I'll get and some I won't, but I'll tell you why I can't when I can't.

 

That's pretty much it. So if there's stuff you'd like to know and I can find out, then let's do that. This is basically a first step in getting more information direct to the fans, if this is well received and that can be seen, then there will be more - so it's an ongoing project. I've started this on other forums, but I'll be doing it on all.

 

If people have objections or think there are problems, just ask me and we can discuss them.

I've worked in the media, there are many good journos covering Bolton (and Marc Iles). They don't dig deep as they have to stay on the good side of BWFC and any other club they cover.

 

Mr Gartside retweeted an attack on this site. After his retweet of "Wenger is a bell", he knows exactly what a RT is. This site has never launched a character assassination of him, I amd others usually defend him. However, he can get fucked from here on in.

 

However, should I have a burning question I needed answering, I'd tweet him, write to him, phone him etc. Don't need a conduit.

The fact of the matter is times have changed, and most of us 'plebs' won't kowtow anymore. A good proportion of our number these days are probably better educated, or otherwise more clued-up than the 'ruling elite'...We won't be talked down to or pandered to anymore, we won't be wringing our flat caps - for anyone. with regards the retweet, if I remember right, he did it when the thread was "fresh"

 

page 1 didn't make for the best reading and would certainly not have been to everyone's taste with references to self pity, murderers songs and general anti scouse feeling

 

so much so HW removed the posts, so I'd say that was a fair assessment to say it portrayed WWays in a dim light

 

you'd have to ask him if he read page 1 before it got edited, and then did the retweet, or if he just did it blindly
