October 1, 201213 yr with regards the retweet, if I remember right, he did it when the thread was "fresh" page 1 didn't make for the best reading and would certainly not have been to everyone's taste with references to self pity, murderers songs and general anti scouse feeling so much so HW removed the posts, so I'd say that was a fair assessment to say it portrayed WWays in a dim light you'd have to ask him if he read page 1 before it got edited, and then did the retweet, or if he just did it blindly Edited October 1, 201213 yr by ZicoKelly
October 1, 201213 yr cliff morris whats he got to do with bwfc... a lot of folk in this town who are in, let's say 'directorial' positions (and this isn't limited to BWFC). Read the post fully. ...you a council worker? No, I'm the unsilent majority!

I think we can safely say he knows Wways has more than 25 memebers. I don't think I posted or even read the thread buts its good to be tarred by the chairman of the football club I support like that. For the record, if I had have posted he probably wouldn't have agreed with my view, thats not the point though.

October 1, 201213 yr I'll be in the press conferences and I'm at Euxton tomorrow for press things there. I certainly hope you are press certified? I remember when our beloved club stopping me from going in with my press passes under 'media rules'.
October 1, 201213 yr those who attended the sportsman's dinner at the reebok in 2003 will remember phil gartside was present, albeit arriving very late and staying rather silent at the back. he knows it was organised by the good folk of wanderersways.com and met many of us,having several pints and chatting about how big a fan he is of the club. the freeloading twat shouldn't have the audacity to slate us at a later date. if another dinner was organised i bet he wouldn't have the knackers to show his face again........disclaimer - i have no interest in his testicles
October 1, 201213 yr i must say.that azreal chappie has gone rather quiet since a very hot reception from the vile cnuts of wanderersways
October 1, 201213 yr I will say this however, a lot of folk in this town who are in, let's say 'directorial' positions (and this isn't limited to BWFC) seem to still possess a 'Mill-Owner', I know best, paternalistic type of attitude. The fact of the matter is times have changed, and most of us 'plebs' won't kowtow anymore. A good proportion of our number these days are probably better educated, or otherwise more clued-up than the 'ruling elite'...We won't be talked down to or pandered to anymore, we won't be wringing our flat caps - for anyone. Cliff Morris, you have been warned! Spot on, Great post!
October 1, 201213 yr and I will quote what he said to be at the bar (note after I had bought him a pint) when chatting about the said charity night and fund raising. I won't apologise for charging you for the room and staff
October 1, 201213 yr i must say.that azreal chappie has gone rather quiet since a very hot reception from the vile cnuts of wanderersways To be fair, he might actually be working which we all know is an alien concept. He'll not fit in
October 1, 201213 yr To be fair, he might actually be working which we all know is an alien concept. He'll not fit in true NB but he said he had a job for an agency which bolton used,so i think he's scurried off with his tail between his legs
October 1, 201213 yr Author i must say.that azreal chappie has gone rather quiet since a very hot reception from the vile cnuts of wanderersways He's been busy, mate Those who are not interested in the concept, that's fine. The thing is, Carlos, if we did it as "I'll phone him, tweet him etc" it's not like he can reply to dozens of fans. But I could have a go at it. Sometimes, it'll just be a no-go, or personal info, or sensitive for playing or commercial reasons - but it's worth a try. As to the "hot reception", not a problem at all. One thing though, if you feel personally insulted by Phil Gartside, I'm not Phil - to be honest, given some of the things said at first on that thread I'd have viewed it poorly too, but no forum is entirely bad or entirely good. As to wanting to talk to Manny Road - I'm not doing this for Manny Road. I went in as a fan and pointed out issues, and now I'm having a look at how issues can be sorted. If I can be of any benefit to other fans, great. If I can't, I've failed and that'll suck. As I've said elsewhere, it's worth a go.

If enough people ask him the same question, as he's already on Twitter, he could tweet something if he feels inclined. Doesn't have to reply to individuals. That said, why can't he answer dozens of fans? He's not running a particularly big company. Or he could hire a PR person to stop him acting like a twat.
October 1, 201213 yr What happened at training today then AZ? I think I'd sooner not know. In the dark means I can't get angry. Angry is not good for you.
October 1, 201213 yr Author What happened at training today then AZ? It was interesting actually, to be at the press conference, and I want to see what's printed of Coyle's point of view. There were the usual soundbites of penalties and harsh decisions etc - and if that is all they print I'll find that revealing. Owen also said we dominated the game but lacked quality i the final third and our finishing was poor etc. His analysis was spot on, but I'm not sure that'll make the press. If the soundbites are all that make it, I'll ask about writing my own bit to get a better feel for what he says.
