The police being paid off seems to be a very valid point. It's happened to a few teams out there in the past. One coachload of Arsenal fans was attacked whilst in a police convoy,an Ultra member boarded the coach and stabbed a Gooner in the knee yet disappeared without trace. That is beyond belief
