To be fair

EK - 4th just outside the places (12/1 - 7-1)

WA - Placed at 3rd (10/1 - 7-1)

So if Remote wins tomorrow, I'll be well up

I got an e-mail from him yesterday which said the following 'Widnes, you need to understand that racing is not all about winning, I thought Kate ran a great race and I'm very happy'

I suppose when he puts it like that his love of horses outweigh's me requirement of winning money, anyhow, I've told him I'm only interested in horses that are going to win races from now on, not those who run good races

EK back on song today, Widders.

Hope you were on.

I was, but she should have lost it in the steward's room.

Even Buick looked resigned to the placings being reversed.

I fully agree, but when your bookie pays first past the post, there was no worry! :D

Traf have you ever heard of the horse Mia San Mia?

I got told yesterday to look out for this horse, the guy said that it hadnt run yet and hadn't been entered for any races, but when it does to back it.

Apologies for the lack of information but that's all I know

It's an American three year old trained by Jeremy Noseda for Faisal Alsheikh.

Yet to race though, but breeding suggests it's be best at distances of a mile or less.

Mia San Mia is a slogan used by Bayern Munich fans: "We are who we are"

I was told about the slogan but didn't know if there was any link. I'd guess with it being American that it is purely coincidence.

I don't often get "tips" or horses to look out for etc, but this guy is in a position to know what he's talking about. I'll certainly have something on it when it does race, just out of curiosity more than anything.
