DomRepWanderer Posted May 24, 2013 Posted May 24, 2013 So according to the ITKers on their main forum Coyle is the new manager of Woves, I do hope he wants to take some of the dross he left us with, Mears, Andrews, Mills( if they can afford him) I do think he could do well in league 1, but then will get found wanting if he gets them promoted, maybe if it's just him with an experienced coach, he may learn a thing or two, but if he sticks with his goons, he'll be back on the slippery slope, good luck Owen, just not too much. tomski Posted May 24, 2013 Posted May 24, 2013 (edited) Good fit for him personally, he will get them thinking positive and they should destroy that league with a budget that will dwarf everyone. I know money isn't the be all and end all. But as dom says, hopefully take some off the dross he left here with him. Forgot to add I hope not as I hate Wolves. Edited May 24, 2013 by tomski Quote
Matt Lofthouse Posted May 24, 2013 Posted May 24, 2013 Redeem yourself Owen. Send the fuckers down again please. Quote

DomRepWanderer Posted May 24, 2013 Author Posted May 24, 2013 Steve Davis is fave with Skybet. Don't know the ins and outs but according to their man, Davis was a smokescreen as Wigan are looking at Coyle should Martinez fuck off, as I say just what their ITKer told the forum. Quote

salop wanderer Posted May 24, 2013 Posted May 24, 2013 would loooooooove clueless to get the job at Wanky Wolves - just so I could attend the post match at Shrewsbury and listen to the same old bilge he spouted at the Reebok post Stoke City. Quote
Eavesy Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 He'd get them promoted easy. He'd also probably start the next season pretty well. It will all fall apart when he starts playing against teams who are tactically well run. Quote
clown Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 He would take them up as champions, then probably do a decent job in the championship. He isn't a bad manager, despite what happened with us. Quote

None so blind as those that cannot see. He was terrible and it might have taken a long time for the penny to drop (kudos to those on here who spotted it well before I did) but it was typical Emperors new clothes stuff. The media kept telling us what a wonderful up and coming manager he was, we all wanted to believe it but tactical nous?, plan B? fitness levels? Transfer policy? Backroom staff? Attention to detail? Scouting the opposition? I don't think he's a bad manager either he's a terrible one, and he will be found out again given time. Quote
Clean Shirt Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 (edited) Good luck to him. Exactly the kind of job he needs at this point. Edited May 25, 2013 by Clean Shirt Quote

superkev Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 Decent manager when the team has a bit of momentum but found wanting when it went tits up Quote
glossopWANDERER Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 Wish him well if he gets the job, hope he has the guts to take on the job without his mates and family around him this time. Quote
HomerJay Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 If that fat bloke turns up as the wolves kit man, it will show what a joke he was Quote
Astley White Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 He might have learned how not to do it after messing us up. Quote
jules_darby Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 .....and takes SUperJohn as his assistant Now just imagine that Quote
miamiwhite Posted May 26, 2013 Posted May 26, 2013 billynotwright reckons wolves after someone for their coaching abiltiy etc and not as a usual manager ? if so that rules out Coyle the useless twat, unless he takes Ping and Pong with him plus he says they want the back room staff to remain intact so will Coyle stay loyal to his bretheren or go in on his own. regardless of that,he's a inept Jock cunt and I hope he takes them further down the league Quote
