Manchester With Kids

Featured Replies

Anyone any suggestions where to eat in Manchester with an eight year old and a ten year old in tow.

I'd rather duck Pizza Express/Las Iguanas, etc but I'm struggling to come up with owt else.

Grazie.

Slug and Lettuce are OK up till 7 and if they behave don't mind you staying. Think the one on Deansgate has been or is being done up though.

Spoons has well, be an eyeopener for them,.

Hmmm.

Kids' menu at Solita...

Kids menu at Solita is good value. Daughter had a full sized burger in there.

Same kind of thing at Southern 11, also have a kids menu.

Thinly veiled "me and my boyfriend adopted a child" post.

Hard Rock Cafe

Cheers, Jules.

Been in Dogs n Dough - kids loved the hot dogs, adults enjoyed the bottled yank beers. And the hot dogs.

Nice place, decent value.

But avoid the dog bites, which aren't what they sound like but may as well be!

Is that the one where you sit round your own chef as he cooks your meal after flicking everyone a chip? Had a good night out there not so long ago, curry house next door ok too. Naan breads are fooking huge.

Akhbars?

Lamb Handi in there is utterly brilliant.

Isn't Tepanyaki on Liverpool Road, near MOSI, rather than the Locks.

Don't know manc too well but the one I went to wasn't that far off Deansgate.

That's the one. Good food and pretty reasonably priced, don't know why they put the naan breads on those hanger thingys though?
