February 3, 201412 yr My friend reckons he hid his dog's stick 5 miles away in a field and sent his dog out, pointing it in the right direction. The dog sniffed the air and headed down the street and out of sight. Three or four hours later the dog returned wagging its tail with the stick in its mouth. Sounds a bit far fetched to me.

February 3, 201412 yr Short of him tying a video camera to the dog's head, what would you suggest Didds? Well that would have been one of my suggestions, dunno, I know dogs have good noses, but 5 miles and it came home safe and with the stick, hard to imagine. Maybe have to hire an helicopter and watch from above.
February 3, 201412 yr Author stop it. I'm trying to watch a football match and I can't see trough the tears.
