rain seemsto have stopped play, any chance of getting a few more overs in today?

I've finished my bowling spell. Horwich all out for 0.

Lostock batters already out, waiting at the crease, but no sign of Horwich coming out to bowl...

it's getting worse, hvaing to go back to results from 2016.

seems like another maiden over from dullard here

Wow.  Really? That's the road you've decided to go down?

Shall I publish your career figures on here so everyone can see what a first class cricketer you are..?

🤣🤣 I dont think I commented on your personal cricket career 🙄

crack on if you want

Actually, no I won't.  I'm not that childish.

I think I'm done here and have better things to do with my time then engage in this.

The fact is I've put it out there and accused you/your club of being liars and unable to act with any sort of decency or decorum, and you haven't denied it or come up with any sort of defence, tells everyone who has read this thread all they need to know.

I'll not bring it up again.

Well, not for a while anyway :D

We will sort it over a red stripe next season

Drove in a funeral cortage on Wednesday and there was a great turnout of cricketers from (I think) Daisy Hill or Westhoughton lining the route with their bats aloft and beers in hand. Very touching.

Funeral was for a chap called Andy Hughes, played for Westhoughton and was involved in junior and senior cricket at Daisy Hill he was pretty much around all of my time growing up and playing at Daisy, a well liked chap around both clubs and a massive Wanderer too will be sadly missed.
