Can we?

Will we?

I seriously fear we could

  • I'd have Phil Brown in a heartbeat.

  • He left because he saw the challenge of dismantling the squad, reducing the wage bill and just about keeping us up just too much to resist

Not really

Looking at the stats the last win I saw was on 12 April, 1-0 against Barnsley. Can't remember it at all.

We shouldn't have won that either, Barnsley skied a penalty to make it 1-1

I'd give jimmy philips a go

But bring in a Bruce rioch character to work along side

We've got to get rid of this clown before it reaches the point of no return

I'm a no to Jimmy Phillips

I'm surprised you haven't mentioned this before!

FReedman wont go...

there's some other plan at work here where results aren't part of it...

That's been my feeling for 12 months or more.

What possible plan could involve being relegated to the 3rd tier of English football?

A fucking shit plan

The same Phil Brown who got hull promoted and kept them up?

Can we have your suggestions then??

Not really, I'm not paid to make this decisions. Thankfully you aren't either.

As for Hull, that was a long time ago. How did he do at Preston when they were in a similar position to us?

FReedman wont go...

Presumably the one that involves us not going bust.

But if guess part of that is keeping us up too.

i could never understand why dougie left crystal palace...everything was rosy and going well..was he frightened they would be promoted and then come back down because he wasn't good enough to keep them up..did he see himself as owen coyle..he took burnley up but they would have been relegated even if coyle hadn't jumped ship...if you listen to their after match comments they are identical..total crap...what we need is another scottish manager...surely the good lord wouldn't give us another duff one..he is supposed to be mercifull.

Financially the gap between the second and third tiers is marginal.

he was on the verge of being sacked then had that winning run that saved him

Aye; the "Dougie Apologists"' targets don't really sit with him leaving Palace for that for they...unless you believe Mrs Freedman and co

I've never been as convinced we are going down.

Maybe because we doubled his money from 5 to 10k per week on a 3 year contract. Plus his deal with Palace only had 7 months remaining and Parish wouldnt discuss a new deal until the end of the season.

He's got 8 months on his current contract left, do you reckon he'd walk if PG refuses to talk contracts? And that's just a question in no way am I being flippant.

If someone showed an interest, then yes. But that's unlikely.
