That's probably true but the people who would matter would be judges denied the chance to send him away for life and human rights parasites who think it's worth seeing him go free if the courts don't do all the paperwork exactly correctly or if some SAS monster gave him a Chinese burn and offended his human rights. It's immaterial anyway because the chances of catching up with him are very small indeed, even of they do know who he is.
