He's certainly had some injury difficulties- repetition of groin trouble for example. 

Similar to Dempsey for us perhaps and not quite been there for me, compared to last season, but I saw him recently and he was actually beating his man on the outside and putting the cross in straight away, rather then coming back onto his right foot all the time.

Far more threatening having the ability and willingness to go both ways.

He played nearly every game for them last season and won a treble.

He's been injured all this season so has been in and out. He's fit now and started at Real last week and played well.

Earlier in season aye when JG was out of form and struggling with injury. Even Pep said he needs to want it more. Seems back in form currently.

...Doku will be out before Grealish but your right in that he will get moved eventually. Players have a shelf life with Pep, he won't fuck about either, your offskis like Cancelo, unless you're in the KDB/ Silver bracket which Jack isn't obviously.

Don’t get me wrong the trophies will be nice but take palmer for example great talent will be first on the team sheet and idolised by the fans I’d prefer that myself
