Sky Sports 5

reet, I think Garrp had issues with this in the past

SS5 was active from the launch date until last week, it's now asking me to press red to activate at no extra cost

So, what's the catch, do I get tied into a longer contract?

Cheers

If you press the 'red' button you will get the kop singing ' you'll never walk alone'

be really, really careful

dunno if its the same now but i was pissing about on laptop whilst doing it and i agreed to free broadband (its a fucking fiver anyway) with the small print saying i was tied in again to a contract for 18 months.

so just watch out for that.

basically form what iv read, BT have nicked loads of their football from next season? and they are doing all they can to tie people down to long term contracts.

thing is, i've had sky full package for 10 years and was never going to cancel it

when the 18 months is up though I will be. Sent a recorded delivery letter to big dog saying he could offer me any deal in the world he wanted n 18 months time but he will be told he can go and fuck himself.

The obvious sign up buttons are the ones that get you on the 'broadband deal'.

A bit like downloading from less than legal websites don't press the big obvious button and check for the correct one tucked out of sight

Dunno what sky are tying you in to, but from next season, CL is on BT sport.

I asked the Mrs to call up and cancel Sky to get a retention offer she ended up tying us in for 18 months.

Fucking women!

i think the next premier league deal is from 2016/17 season

bt can have the chumps league for me - no great loss

how much would it cost me to add bt sport if i dont have their bb

and is it like setanta where it was a sub per box or espn where it was one sub for all the boxes in the house?

I reluctant to press red because of Garrp's issues, though my brother in law said he's had no problems.

I think we can all agree getting rid of Sky Sports and signing up for BT is a good thing.

You could but let me point out this easy to remember tip.

BT Broadband is fucking shit.

Every time I press the red button the telly goes off.

I see that the share price hasn't been affected by that news.

Well, it has drifted up a little on the news

Surprising. The bulk of the Garp revenue went to the providers of the premium rate numbers he was calling after pub chucking out time at the weekend not BT.
