I need to get involved with NFL again, but need to choose a team. Was always a Dan Marino Miami Dolphins shirt wearing kid, but need some advice.

Which team is it worth following? Thinking about going down to Wembley to watch a game - anyone done it? Any help welcomed. Could just stick with the Dolphins and get tickets off Stub Hub for their game against New York Jets the day after the QPR game.

Which are the Liverpool/Man Utd of the NFL world to avoid?

Yeah, GB missed left 3 times, Bengals hit post twice! And also missed point after earlier, has been like watching a film it's been so bizarre.

GB win with field goal eventually.

Packers win was welcome but WTF was Mason Crosby playing at!!!??? You could usually bet your mortgage on him.

Missed FG's all over the place in the NFL this weekend. Bizarre.

Some weekend of American football. That Sooners-Longhorns classic arguably upstaged by the Bama-Aggies game and then the Chargers - Browns score fest. Fucking hell - my eyes are becoming rectangular. Off for a day out at Two Rocks today to admire the Atlantis statues and the local natural beauty. Need it after watching this lot.

Was funny when the bengals hit the flag but the players thought it was so started celebrating the win

The end of the patriots v texans was good too

Great result for the bills at Kansas

Titans next but another shit ko time on Monday night

Brady had the best passing game of his career last night, the fucking machine

I'm still convinced Brady can see into the future. It's not normal.

Bills win it this year if they keep healthy. Haven’t seen anything that should worry them at all so far. Obviously there is always Brady and the bucs which for me is the only stumbling block but I think this is the year Zico

Brady finds a way. It’s creepy.

Bills, would be happy to see them win it.

Bills go to Tampa in Week 14, so should be an interesting match up if they're both near the top of their conferences

this is what the Bucs were up against.

This was the highlight of the Fins.

Car crash season so far.

At least they traded away their own 1st rounder next season and kept the 49'ers one. Ah well.

Not so sure. The Bills always look like bottlers to me but I have been wrong before. Certainly playing well enough but can they sustain it?

I always have hope for the Packers but it is only hope. Romp the division no doubt but I wouldn't expect them to be conference champions. Still, another title for Titletown even if it's only the divisional one.

'The team which is currently catching my eye is the Cards - not just because they are 5-0 but they seem to be finding ways to get it done. The forty whiners played a great game at the weekend but the Cards overcame them with a stout defensive effort and some offensive class. If I was forced to have a bet on the likely Superbowl winner today, I would probably have to go for them.

Edited to add - Brady. What words can you use which haven't been used before? A phenomenon. I also like his humility - seems a very nice bloke. I would not be unhappy to see him lifting the Vince Lombardi trophy one or two more times yet.

5 in and the Bills look best to me.

Packers and Chiefs shadows of former years and as for the Pats, a major overhaul must be due.

im on arizona at 40/1 ante post

murray is the most exciting qb in the nfl

Ravens may be worth a pound or two

Jackson is 5 star

What's going on here then?

Comments he's made in the past have been brought up by the woke brigade I think

I thought he was a cunt before this.

Reading what he's said/typed I can see why he's got the flack.

I wonder if he's resigned with a severance payment from the Raiders rather than them sacking him and him getting nowt.

Could be a very astute investment that R. They are looking pretty good ATM.

More evidence of the sanitisation of sport by removing all characters. You end up with a non-controversial, toilet paper pulp wet lettuce like Gareth Southgate. Good at his job? Yes, when he concentrates on it. Personality? Dead fish.

Trawled back to 2011 to get Gruden I believe? Aldous Huxley was truly a visionary. A bland future awaits where freedom of thought will be supplanted by a pre-ordained thought control brainwashing programme resulting in legions of dutiful boring bastards incapable of causing offence.

Let's just hope they remember to include the soma (MDMA) in the programme.

I get what you're saying about people getting caught out by stuff they did years earlier, but he's not 24 getting done for something when he was 14. He was 48 back in 2011 and should have known better.

The fact that it wasn't discovered for 10 yrs doesn't mean it should be ignored.

was a speculative punt after they brought Hopkins in tbh who IMO is the best wide receiver in the NFL, along with the exciting Murray, thought it was worth a few bob

Some of the messages date as late as 2018 I believe.

As former pill-popping, benzridine snorting all-male Northern Soul club Devotee, never away from; The Ya Ya Club, Wigan Pier, The Twisted Flax, The Golden Lamp and Blackpool Medina you've obviously been out of the game too long...

MDMA is soooo 2008.

The current drug that helps us befriend gays and dislike homophobes comes from Czech sources.

Namely N-Acetyl Cysteine, £200 a microgram. Street names; 'Mekanek', 'Crokodil', 'Fur-B' and 'Tokaydo Express'...

Guaranteed state of Zen and tolerance.

So dead racist comedians can fuck of too.

Can’t quite decide yet between the Cardinals and the Bills. I tipped the Cardinals a few times a few years ago and they disappointed each time. Bills? Built gradually over the last few years. Maybe that flakiness is now gone

Brady? Enough’s been said. They’ll be in the running at the late playoff stage

Gruden? Get what you’re saying @bolty58. When someone’s out to get someone they’ll find something even if it’s for the wrong reasons. But sorry pal, he’s no excuse

And finally. Washington. Fucking hell. Keep going boys. How can you actually get worse year on year. At least the Jets are steady shitness. That defence. Deary me.
