MancWanderer
That was a great game. Watched the first half last night, just finished watching the second Much as I dislike the Cheats they utilised their running game to full effect. Thought the Bills had it but sadly no Plenty of controversial calls/non-calls but a fully deserved win Edited December 22, 2019 by Casino
MancWanderer
Ignore the fucking unicorns. I have no idea how I’ve added them in and I can’t get rid of them no matter how many times I edit my post
Escobarp
Kirk cousins exposed yet again as a fraud. boys made over 100m in his career and is fucking drivel. If there’s no better options around than him then the game is fucked. suspect play calling as well by the Vikings. Winning in Detroit a shoe in 49ers Seahawks a coin toss for me packers were very good least night. Nothing spectacular just did everything well (other than hold onto the ball!) but a cousins led offense was never going to unpick that defense. Job well done and every chance of home field now which given its lambeau is massive
frank_spencer
Cousins has to be in the bottom half of the Andy Dalton scale for QBs. The scale is based on the fact Dalton is as average as they come so is it worth investing to improve the position. Though the bungles were dogshit this year so I'm not sure if the scale is still valid.

Utter horseshit and to make it worse he’s a fucking ginger. If I was tim Tebow I would be looki my at some of the cunts playing and just think boy I must have been Much now wank than I thought. add to that Jonny manziel although I think his lifestyle got the better of him to be fair. LeggyMountbatten
The Vikings are a team of flat track bullies. Very good at destroying crap teams but go to pieces against good teams - Cousins is a perfect reflection of that. He’s had a good season overall and a lot of the struggles last night weren’t solely down to him - the O line and play calling were garbage. Was hoping we would get something last night as I’m over there for the Bears game. Likely we will rest everyone for the play offs now. Credit to the Packers. The RB and the D have been really good this season. I thought they might struggle with the new coach at the start of the season.

The boy Smith for Green Bay was immense.
Members bolty58
I've been saying all year that the Packers need a defensive leader and now Smith seems to be picking up the mantle. The new Reggie White hopefully (as a D leader, not positionally although Smith seems to be getting a similar result in sacks!). That old term 'flattered to deceive' comes to mind regarding the regular season. Would have taken 12-3 at this stage before the season started but part of me is hopeful that the misfiring has simply been getting all the bugs out of the system and we will see the real Packers in the playoffs. Here's hoping! As the erudite Mr. Escobarp says, Lambeau Field is a huge home advantage - more so in the depths of winter. Members bolty58
As always, most enjoyable time of year in college football. Bowl season is ace. Obviously awaiting the Rose Bowl as the main one for me but the two national championship semis today were immense for different reasons. LSU looking absolutely unstoppable. I know Clemson are the reigning champs but I think they may be about to lose their title.
Escobarp
Hopefully this whimper to end the season shows them that the offense isn’t good enough and they can’t rely on the d to carry them ravens will terrorize anyone in the afc anyway and it’s just down to who they come up against now in the big dance that has to be the end of jameis Winston. As well. He will never ever learn Edited December 29, 2019 by Escobarp
Rizlar
Escobarp your correct I have been following the Bucks since I lived in Tampa in the late 90s he's a liability 30 picks in a season is bad even if he's completed 30 touchdowns just not good enough. I follow the bucks results as I’ve been to watch them more than anyone else at home due to holidaying in the area loads of times. I also follow the seminoles in college football and thus when they signed Winston I was delighted and thought the pro game would settle him down and he would be the superstar to match his talent. he evidently can’t be coached and it’s a real waste. That said he will move in the summer I suspect for an extortionate salary package to someone like Minnesota If they can trade cousins or possibly Chicago who can’t be happy with trubisky. Yeah I agree he's too expensive for the Bucs counting against the salary cap so I expect him to leave I could see the Bucs trying to prise Morriata away from the Titans they can't keep both him and Tannehill happy. Morriata is decent. Almost a poor mans lemar Jackson So to speak as he’s so mobile and probably an equal threat on the move as passing. hopefully get across to Tampa next year and catch a game

MancWanderer
Finally caught up with all the recordings from the last round of games AFC - I’m seeing Ravens beating Chiefs to the SB. Pats and Bills as outsiders but can’t see either making it NFC - struggling here. I can see both Saints and Seahawks making it from wild card positions. No confidence at all in either Packers or 49ers Latest SB prediction from me Ravens to beat the Saints
Moderators Zico Posted January 4, 2020 Moderators Share Posted January 4, 2020 Looking forward to Bills at Texans later Looks like it'll be a case of which is stronger, bills defense or Texans offence Got a feeling it'll be a game of field goals
frank_spencer
I presume apart from Escobarp we are all rooting for the Titans tonight? Fairly neutral on the Texans v Bills game though I've backed a Texans win. Saints should beat the Vikings and I've gone for a Seagulls win too v philly
Site Supporter Spider Posted January 4, 2020 Site Supporter Share Posted January 4, 2020 Would love to see a titans win. Pats aren’t the same without Gronk so the Titans have a slim chance. Pats not strong enough to make the SB. Still have a sneaky feeling the Seahawks will make it. If I had a choice from any I’d like to see the Bills do it.
