Duchy is very grim but I suppose it's like most cities in that you can have such opulence and poverty sitting side by side. You have some of the most expensive real estate in the UK (on a £ per sqft basis) in Media City and then you have Ordsall on the other side of Trafford Road that is one of the poorest council estates in the country Quote
