I think Nottingham Trotter is right with Norwich, but sure it's Jeff Chandler and not Wayne Foster.

 

The picture of the Embankment, I've honestly no idea who it's against but I'm certain Leigh White is stood on the floodlights to get a better view......also looks like Hank Marvin second from right at the bottom.
